Shanghai Spring, the first professional real estate exhibition established in Shanghai, is preparing for its March 17th to March 20th 2011 exhibition by increasing the participation of international property developers and establishing a devoted home living and redecoration component. In the process, Shanghai Spring plans to welcome some 300 domestic and international property groups for the grand opening of Shanghai Spring next year.

At the same time, Shanghai Spring is proud to announce the launch of “Paradise Home Show” 2011. Through this latest expansion, Spring will evolve into a one-stop purchasing platform for those interested in property and home renovation / decoration. This cutting edge home living exhibition will advocate smart home technologies, eco-friendly manufacturing, and top fashion brands. To this end, Spring will launch feature areas made up of three different display sections: the “Living My Way Home Module”, a “Smart Home Interactive Zone”, and a “Low Carbon Emissions Model Home”. In these special zones, visitors will be able to xperience first hand the creativity, vision, and technological innovations that are making life more convenient by the day.

Founded in 1998, Shanghai Spring is a pioneer in the Chinese real estate industry. Emerging in the aftermath of the Asian financial crisis of 1997, Spring today commands a leadership position in property exhibitions across the greater Yangtze River Delta region. Structural advantages include superior branding, strategic location in the heart of Shanghai (the iconic International Exhibition Center) and a multi-faceted media campaign that includes television, newspaper, magazine, print, and online advertising. Boasting both the largest scale in terms of space and the biggest audience in terms of raw numbers, Shanghai Spring is expecting more than 130,000 visitors over the course of the upcoming March 17th to March 20th 2011 exhibition.
