Las Vegas Convention Center Designated World Trade Center Site

Press Release ------ LVCVA, CEA Partner In Venture 


LAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) and the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), producers of the International CES, have signed an agreement that will designate the Las Vegas Convention Center as an official World Trade Center site.


This partnership will give Las Vegas the opportunity to further promote our brand to business  travelers worldwide and reinforce that Las Vegas is a serious place to conduct business."

 

Through the agreement, CEA will become an official member of the World Trade Centers Association and the LVCVA will be the official representative of the trade center site.

 

The agreement will provide both organizations with opportunities for co-marketing under the World Trade Center brand. They will also have access to key trade information and market research and be able to take part in business trade missions around the world.


As part of the contract, CEA has agreed to sign leases through 2015 to hold the International CES at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
