Yu Jianhua, Assistant Minister of Commerce says China has ranked second worldwide in attracting foreign investment for 19 consecutive years at the Promotion Conference of the 2011 China International Investment and Trade Symposium on July 27. He mentioned that China will further open its market, protect the IPR of foreign invested enterprises and improve the foreign investment environment.
