In this training program, on campus presentation on types of attractions that draw customers and increase profits. Various examples are explained each afternoon. And there will be site visits to learn about the most modern operations in the US.
Day 1
Morning will be a presentation on Retail Operations what type of stores and sundries to offer the clients as well as an analysis on should it be d
one "in house" or leased and if leased how to structure the lease.
Afternoon - site tour to view retail outlets at a strip property - discussion to include ie location, marketing, pricing, type of merchandise.
Day 2
Morning presentation on Entertainment - from shows - to individual performers - other types of entertainment ie culinary displays - animals - dressed characters - art - visual displays and others dance clubs - private clubs - large venues ie concerts - prize fights
Afternoon - visit to several hotels to view and learn about its entertainment attractions - their costs - maintenance - replacement, etc.
Day 3
Morning: Recreation presentation on types of recreation options offered to guests tennis - bowling - pools, cabanas - running paths -
Afternoon tour venues offering recreational activities learn how each can be turned into a profit center.
Day 4
Morning: Spa Operations - discussion on how to set up and operate a successful spa operation and a listing of its amenities
Afternoon - visit a modern fully equipped and staffed strip property spa and speak with it mgmt staff.
Day 5
Morning: Golf course management - discussion on operating a golf course and its retail shop.
